Call for Artists: A Closer Look

Until FRIEDA fully reopens to the public, FRIEDAcommunity is organizing intimate art exhibitions, showcasing every month a different artist on one of our 16-foot walls. Join us across from Independence National Historical Park, seven days a week, during FRIEDA opening hours.
FRIEDAcommunity is proud to introduce casual but curated small art exhibitions throughout the year in our Philadelphia space to celebrate art that spans generations. Opportunities are available for established or emerging artists who live or work within the Mid-Atlantic region (PA, NJ, NY, MD, DE, and Washington, DC). FRIEDAcommunity asks that selected artists schedule time to engage online with our community through a workshop, a demonstration, or a discussion during the exhibition. No commission is expected from the sale of any artwork; any transactions will be handled directly by the artist and the potential buyer.
