Join Gabriella for a taste of Northern Italy. You will be intrigued and surprised. Gabriella will share her love for produce of the Italian terroir such as rice farmed in her beloved Piemonte region. The step by step demonstration will allow each participant to ask questions, take notes, smell, touch and taste throughout the preparation and cooking process.

This event is BYOB. The food is served buffet style.
