German Conversation

This online German group conversation is aimed at people with a good understanding of German but who lack practice. The group meets every other week on Friday for a lively and entertaining discussion around a topic or theme that varies.
This gives all participants time to research and prepare for the discussion.

Frequency: Every other Friday
Time: 2:00 pm
Duration: 60 minutes
Format: Zoom
Meeting ID: The Zoom meeting ID will be emailed to confirmed registrations the day before the event.
Group Size: 4-10
Registration: at least 48 hours prior to the event.
Fee: Free.

Thomas leads the group. From time to time he may a friend from Germany join.

We would like to remind you the following zoom etiquette:

  • Please sign-in 2 to 3 minutes early. Late-shows are disruptive for the group and may not be able to join.
  • As a mutual courtesy, we do ask that all participants have their camera on. No one will be allowed without their camera on.
  • Be mindful of other participants.
