Reading with Lauren Hilger & Friends 6/25/22

Please join us for an in-person literary event with readings in fiction and poetry by four spectacular writers.

Sam Allingham is the author of the story collection Great American Songbook (ASO/Deep Vellum). His short fiction has appeared in the New Yorker, Mastermind, American Short Fiction, and One Story, among others. He lives in Philadelphia.

Jiordan Castle is the author of the poetry chapbook All His Breakable Things. Disappearing Act, a true story, is forthcoming from FSG in spring 2023. Her work has appeared in HuffPost, The New Yorker, and elsewhere. She is a contributor to the food and culture magazine Compound Butter, as well as an Editor-at-Large for Pigeon Pages. She lives in Philadelphia with her husband and their dog.

Kay Cosgrove is the recipient of awards from The Academy of American Poets, Inprint Houston, and The Westchester Review. Her poetry has appeared in The American Poetry Review, The Southern Review, and The Missouri Review, among other journals. She teaches in the graduate writing program at St. Joseph’s University and work as a writer for a marketing agency.

Lauren Hilger is the author of Lady Be Good (CCM, 2016) and Morality Play (Poetry NW Editions, Summer 2022). She serves as a poetry editor for No Tokens.

Janelle Tan was born in Singapore. Her poems appear in Poetry, Gulf Coast, Michigan Quarterly Review, Split Lip, Muzzle, No Tokens, and elsewhere. She lives in Brooklyn.
