All of me is welcome here

FRIEDAcommunity invites you to a 3-part self-reflective workshop with Joumana Mattar, where you will explore and set intentions for the upcoming year. In early 2021, Joumana led a thoughtful and introspective vision-board workshop well attended and liked. This series of 3 workshops is meant to go a little deeper, beyond creating a vision board.
