Scott Mitchell is a Spanish teacher for Washington Township Public Schools, in southern New Jersey. Some have called him “a Spanish guru extraordinaire,” and students have even referred to him as “a Spanish whisperer.” He has worked abroad and domestically, from Philadelphia to Madrid, Spain. Ask to hear his Cuban accent and for a second, you might just feel as if you’re strolling down the pastel streets of Havana. Scott enjoys long walks (not on the beach) and above all else, dedicates himself to teaching, sharing, and celebrating the beautiful Spanish language.
