Join Alix for an hour of therapeutic art-making. During this 60 minute workshop you will engage in a series of process-oriented art exercises to encourage you to relax and explore in a playful, judgement-free environment. These art experiences are designed to nurture creative and flexible responses within ourselves and our lives. There will be time for reflection and conversation, and perhaps a laugh or two.
This gathering is open to everyone – no previous art experience is necessary.
